inline |
The valid extensions of a sequence file.
Initialised on first use, not during static initialisation: seqan3 stores the extensions of each format in a static inline class member, which is dynamically initialised. The relative order of dynamic initialisation across translation units is unspecified, so initialising a namespace-scope variable from these members may copy vectors that are still empty. An empty extension list makes sharg::input_file_validator accept any extension.
